Teachers' Pet Reads

We have created an exciting new reading engagement initiative for teachers and parents.  

While we are promoting the many benefits of reading to our young people, it would be fantastic for teachers and parents to model good reading habits and participate in ‘Teachers' Pet Reads'.  Similar to the student Rate-a-Read, this can help busy teachers and parents to choose adult level books for personal reading or great books to share with classes or your children.

Teachers and parents are invited to send in a short review of a book, to recommend to colleagues and/or parents for their personal reading, or for sharing with a class or reading to/with young people. These are listed below as: ‘Teachers' Pet Reads', which can assist teachers and parents in selecting good reads - like a VERY large book group.
